Online Surveys

An invitation and link to a secure web site are sent to your e-mail address and we ask that you respond using the prompts on screen. On average, the surveys would take about 10 minutes to 30 minutes, maximum.

Product Testing

We’re always looking for people to test products and give us feedback. Why not join now, and be rewarded for your views!

Group Discussions

Lasting about 1 ¼ hours, a group discussion is a meeting of 6-10 people to discuss issues around products and services. If you attend, you will be provided with light refreshments, and are paid for your time (between $25 and $100, depending on the time it takes). These discussions may be held at a local function venue or in one of our clients’ offices. Sometimes, we also run these discussions online in a chat room environment.

Telephone Surveys

An invitation to participate in a telephone survey will be sent to your e-mail address, with a list of times presented as alternatives for the most convenient time to contact you. One of our friendly interviewers will then contact you and ask some questions over the telephone. On average, this type of survey would take around 15 to 20 minutes.

Face to Face Surveys

As with Telephone surveys, you will receive an invitation via e-mail and choose a time. Face to face surveys can be conducted in your home, at a central location, such as a shopping centre, or our offices. On average, this type of survey takes 20 to 30 minutes. If you need to come to our venue you will receive a minimum of $20 cash for your time.

Please note that the systems of payment mentioned do not apply to group discussions or face to face surveys at a designated location. This will always be a cash payment.
